Mystery Award

I'll be honest, I have no idea what this award is or who gave it to the band. I was searching through some old, old tapes of mine and found this gem. The award was presented by the band's longtime collaborator, Daniel Lanois (he had really long hair). U2 was being honored with all sorts of titles such as Group of the Decade, Album of the Decade (for The Joshua Tree) and Song of the Decade (Pride In The Name Of Love). The band wasn't there in person to accept their award, but sent a video tape of themselves. Sort of. In a ladies room with an Out Of Order sign on the door, the group calling themselves The Dalton Brothers thanked the Academy of Country Music for voting them Country Artist of 1989. They all spoke in a hick American accent. Adam tried to tell a joke, messed it up, then finally got it right ("We play two kinds of music: country and western.") Then an elderly black man burst in the room and told the Daltons they couldn't be there as it was the dressing room for U2. The Daltons, protesting all the way, were thrown out. If anyone can tell me just what awards show this is from, please email me.
